GUEST GUIDELINES

Appointment Scheduling

Reserve your rejuvenating session through our online booking system or by contacting our dedicated spa concierge.  To confirm your reservation, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, and we kindly ask you to present valid identification upon arrival.  If you need to reschedule, or cancel, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance to prevent any cancellation charges.

FACILITY ACCESS

​

Our serene spa environment is designed for guests aged 18 and above.  To maintain tranquility, we request that all personal electronic devices, including cell phones and cameras be turned off, and that photography within the spa is avoided.

ARRIVAL TIME

To fully immerse yourself in relaxation, we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment.  This allows time for any necessary preparations, and ensures you can begin your experience without haste.  For optimal comfort during facial or body treatments, please refrain from shaving within 24 hours prior to your appointment.​

DRESS CODE

​

In our co-ed shower areas, swimwear is required at all times, especially when enjoying the infrared sauna or jacuzzi.  Within your private treatment rooms, you may choose attire based on your personal comfort level.
